Good Rehab Tool
Using this for shoulder rehab per my PTâs instructions. Itâs dead on in weight and super soft for floor and wall exercises. The color hasnât rubbed off on anything yet either, which it seems other brands do. The one thing I dislike is the smell. Itâs almost sickly sweet, but chemical in nature. Iâve wiped the ball down, but itâs still there and can make me nauseous. Youâll want to wash your hands afterwards for sure.

Good product, but not what I ordered.
I ordered a product described as soft, 2lb medicine ball with a 10â diameter. Instead, I received a soft, 2lb medicine ball that is only 3â in diameter. Too much if a hassle to send it back, so decided to keep it. Overall low satisfaction with the retailer that sent the wrong product.

Great for Shoulder Therapy
I bought this because I have shoulder instability. This ball is great for the at home shoulder exercises that my physical therapist recommended. The ball fits in my hand, which isn’t huge. The circumference is roughly 12 inches, and the diameter is roughly 4 inches.
