It works!!!
I have oily baby fine hair. No matter what I use or do, within a couple hours after washing my hair my bangs get greasy. Iâve used many different brands and kinds of powder and hair powder for my oily roots and bangs and nothings worked until now! This is the holy grail of hair powders! Better than every dry shampoo Iâve ever used too! Finally my greasy bangs problem is solved! And it doesnât make me look like I have gray hair.

While I didn’t love the powder itself, I’m all about the vessel. I did run through the powder with the intention of using an alternative (French green clay powder and cornstarch – 50/50) – I do like the applicator. I saw some reviews that people didn’t like pressure on their head during the application, but I didn’t find that I had to hit it very hard to get powder to release. I like that it’s refillable, travel friendly, and reasonably priced.

Really like this product!
I have used several types of dry shampoo: spray, powder, even homemade with cornstarch and baby powder from high end to super cheap. This one is my favorite so far. I have super oily hair but a dry scalp and scalp psoriasis. This powder is in a small bottle which is perfect for traveling but Iâd prefer a bigger bottle with more product so I donât have to purchase as often. I like the applicator as you can put it exactly where you want it, for me, I put it on my actual hair, not my scalp. I just tostle my hair and go. It doesnt leave a bunch of white powder in my hair and doesnât require a lot of product. I use this product every other day sometimes two days in a row. This small bottle lasted about 2 months.Compared to other products:Spray: requires a lot of product, doesnât go where I want it, still looks oily after using, donât like inhaling the fumes front the spray bottlesOther power dry shampoos: application is spotty, very powdery, goes wherever it wants (including on clothes and floor), is more easily seen and requires more tostling of the hair to absorb the product.My only complaint: I cannot buy a bigger bottle with more product or refill.

This works wonders! I used the spray ones and they just left my hair all gross feeling and looking and trust me I tried 8 different ones. I got this and it works like a charm. I have super oily hair and this feels and looks amazing!

Really like this powder dry shampoo. A little goes a long way and the bottle has lasted me awhile. Will definitely buy this brand again works just like the I dew care top secret dry shampoo.

Iâve been looking for an alternative dry shampoo option since finding out a certain aerosol spray that I used to use has a class action lawsuit being brought against it. I never knew how dangerous it was, but still really like dry shampoo, so I wanted to find a safer alternative.I try to only do a full hair wash once a week and of the most part it works well, but sometimes I need a little help to keep my hair or hairstyle fresh looking. This powder replacement not only provides good oil absorption and a mattifying effect for oily hair but it also provides volume when worked into the roots. Sometimes I use it just for volume without needing it for oil absorption.I donât really care for the spongey applicator, I just popped it open and I sprinkle it directly on my scalp. So far itâs very tolerable, thereâs no skin reaction, despite the powder being white it doesnât leave white residue and thereâs no noticeable odour or fragrance.Iâm going through it too quickly (although I do have very long, thick hair) I would say this wonât last too long and for this price (~$20 at time of review) itâs a little pricey.

This smells really gorgeous, it has a lovely clean citrus fragrance. I love the cute little stubby bottle it comes in. It measures a tiny 6.4cm high, with a 3.9cm diameter. The container is really lightweight, and small enough to pop in your handbag, or store in your desk as work for when you want a quick freshen up of your hair. I find this much nicer to use than an aerosol, as I donât have to try to hold my breath when Iâm using this.Iâm all in favour of anything that will give me an extra day off of all the hassle of washing, drying and styling my hair. This would be a godsend if you were running late, and didnât have time to to your hair. Also perfect for travelling or festivals.It does have a bit of a drawback though. The applicator makes it very difficult to actually get any product out. You firstly have to unscrew the bottle underneath the sponge applicator and remove the plastic insert. Then screw the bottle back together and give it a good shake before every use. Youâre supposed to be able to tap the bottle with it sponge side down facing your hair, but however much I shake and tap, nothing comes out. The only time I can get anything out is by bashing the whole bottle and applicator against my head, this dispenses just enough to blot the greasiness. Obviously you donât want so much to come out that you get left with a really visible amount of white powder in your hair, but it would be nice if a tiny amount could come out when you tap the bottle, and then be able to gently work it in with the applicator instead of having to bang it on your head.It does work well if you unscrew the bottle and manually sprinkle the tiniest amount into your hair, or get a very fine coating on your fingers and work it into the roots.Once opened, the product has a 12 months expiry date, and the bottle I received had almost 3 years before the unopened bottle would have expired.

I like the compact size of the product which is great for travel (especially when compared to lugging a spray can around). It would also fit into a handbag easily so great for work.I didn’t get on very well with the applicator however and found it was a struggle to get a decent amount of powder out (i had removed the plastic lid). I did like the sponge idea but it just seemed to take a long time when compared to a spray. Although it did mean you can be more accurate with where you are applying the powder which helps when trying not to get white powder all over your clothes. I also think the price is a bit on the expensive side especially when it won’t last as long being small.
