Love the cover, very pretty and the plastic cover helps to protect the small book. Most of the pages (other than the first couple) are the fitness & exercise pages. The page layout is intuitive and there is plenty of room of most people’s workouts. I’m not so sure about the body fat and weight on each exercise tracking page; I don’t have a scale and I have never seen one at any of the gyms I have gone to.

Book is cute and easy to use…only thing that bugs me is it has a nice pocket page. However it is placed behind the back cover and the protection page. So when the book is closed you see the pocket page and the papers you put in it and not the nice back cover. But overall..good book for the price.

I was looking for tracker that didn’t just track your dumbell weights and reps but a place to record your body weight and measurements more then once so many of the trackers just allow you to record measurements once and this one is so much better then previous ones I have purchased
