    What a great product and idea
    She does a wonderful job making all the exercises easy to do, even if you are totally out of shape.And they are not boring because she changes the moves every few seconds. Excellent and highly recommended.

    Got this for a friend – read review
    I am in shape and broke my ankle a few years ago and went on You Tube for some exercises to do in a chair or wheelchair. So – I AM FAMILIAR with chair exercises, even chair Yoga. So, I viewed this online & thought it was a excellent video and this mature instructor sure has energy ! I have an obese friend who complains about weight and she has bad knees (wonder why) and I bought her this for her birthday. Well, she never bothered to try it and I guess she would rather complain than bother even moving her body in a chair.

    Skip this one.
    First it’s literally called sit and be fit, yet you are expected to stand for some exercises. Second, the cover says you need a 1 inch and a 10 inch ball. The problem is the host then used a 5-6 inch ball for the exercises. My 80-90 year old residents weren’t very happy. They all said the talking was non stop and at times so overpowering you couldn’t even hear the music.

    I ordered these for my mother, and they’ve helped her a lot. She’s 62 with a bulging disc in her back, so she has to be careful with movement.
