Very Quiet, works well and good value
I purchased this after my T3 dryer failed. An equivalent T3 would cost around $200. This dryer works just as well or better for less than a third of the cost. It has the ion feature, dries hair quickly and is very quiet. It’s compact, lightweight and has a quality feel. Since I just got it, I can’t yet speak to how durable it is.

Second update!! 12/16/24 Do not buy this product, design flaw. Wires melted in the same place on 2 different dryers within a month of use. Company wont refund my money. My wife almost got burned, ruined a GFCI outlet and had to reset the main breaker. Please stay away!!11/03/24 Update the seller was very polite and had great customer service. Theu swnt out a replacement dryer within a few days. Updated to 4 stars because of the service, still not sure if the product will hole up. Will update after 2 months of use.10/27/24 Purchased this for my wife on August 24th 2024, and on October 26th 2024 the dryer started smoking and the plug end melted and tripped the breaker in the house. Our home is only 6 years old, my wife uses the blow dryer once a day, we clean the filter out weekly if needed. The cheap brand we bought from Walmart lasted 3 years in comparison to this brand which lasted 2 months. I will say that when it worked it was very efficient, lots of heat and wind speed. The attachments work great. Just can’t get over the fact it lasted 2 months. I wrote a message to the seller and there has been 0 response. If the seller responds I’ll update this listing.

The thing that stands out for me with this dryer is how remarkably close it comes to more conventional models in its performance. The heat settings feel very comparable to my full size dryer, which makes my drying times very comparable. I love that the base of the handle rotates. This is much more convenient than a dryer with the cord locked in one position. It just makes using the dryer that much easier not having to navigate “around” the cord. But maybe the biggest “stand out” out for me is how easy it is to pack in a suitcase. Far easier than a conventional “Gun shaped” dryer. If I had any complaints its that I wish the cord was just a little longer. But that being said it is more than long enough to stand in front of a hotel mirror and do my thing! This is a great product.

My wife and I were currently using a BaBylissPRO dryer which we’ve been happy with. We decided to try this Doxivo hair dryer. I suppose it’s meant to give off a similar vibe to the Dyson hair dryers but this one is still based on more traditional technology.This dryer is super compact but is generally as powerful as our standard full-sized dryer. The BaBylissPRO was a quiet dryer and I have to say that this Doxivo dryer is comparably quiet. Probably more important than the overall volume of the dryer is the actual tone of the dryer. The dryer has a comfortable blowing/fan sound with no high pitched whine that’s so common with cheaper dryers.Overall pressure felt as strong as my full-size dryer but a lot less so when I used the nozzle attachment for some reason.The dryer was able to maintain decent heat settings at both the warm and hot levels. You have to cycle through the three different heat levels so there is no quick-access to the “cool” setting. The coloured LED ring on the back of the dryer is a nice looking way to represent your current heat level (blue, yellow, or red).Overall I found this to be a good hair dryer that exceeded my expectations. Compact, light, and easy to handle. Quiet and powerful. Looks good too!

This is so powerful, that when I have it running, it makes my light in my bathroom flicker, no matter the bathroom, and does it in my bedroom as well. That is a bit concerning to me, as my house is only 12 yrs old, so the wiring is up to code and should be compatible with a hair dryer (none of my other hair dryers or salon grade heat appliances do this). THAT is why the 1 star reduction.So, the bad out of the way, This is an amazing dryer. The temperature cycling setting is really novel for me. The dryer is very light and compact, and literally takes up the same amount of space as my travel dryer. The magnetic nozzles are pretty fancy for someone like me, who has never owned a hair tool with magnetic attachments. I don’t need the diffuser, having naturally straight hair, but my some has tried the diffuser with his wavy hair and liked the results. The tie for the cord is silicone instead of velcro, Most people probably don’t consider that important enough to note, but I actually hate velcro cord ties, because they stick to lots of things that i don’t want them too, and can get in the way when they decide to stick to my clothes while I’m using the device. The silicone tie obviously doesn’t pose the same problem. the colour and styling of the dryer is very professional looking. I love how the led light around the back vent changes according to the heat setting, even during the heat cycling setting. Aside from making my lights flicker every time I use it, I really like this dryer.
