Cleans amazingly well

This is my second water flosser from Smile Direct Club. I like that it is rechargeable and it holds the charge for a long time. This model holds more water than my previous one and I think thatâs a good change. It is not too heavy but I do often change the settings accidentally because of the placement of the buttons. I like it and would purchase it again.

Good water flosser with a key annoying flaw
In general, this is a great water flosser. Iâve previous had the big units with flexible hoses. This unit is much easier to maneuver and to fill up. Battery life and pressure are both great.However, it has a key flaw that makes it annoying to travel with. Thereâs an on button that sticks out and will easily get pressed in a travel bag and squirt water everywhere or run your battery down. This button should either have some kind of protection (recessed, covered, etc) or they should add an on/off toggle switch. For a design that looks portable, it sure is a pain to travel with.One thing to note is that as it gets low on water, you wonât be able to use it at a steep angle so start with your bottom teeth.Overall, I really like it but wish they would engineer a better switch. Major oversight by the engineers on this one.

Perfect for beginners
I just got adult braces and stepped up my oral hygiene. Iâm not a regular flosser but am now determined to floss nightly. I purchased a different water flosser and it literally didnât work with no mode options. I returned it and purchased this since Iâve had a smile direct club electric toothbrush before and I enjoy the quality. So easy and comfortable to use and the instructions were straightforward. Such a quick floss for a braces wearer in comparison to the super floss. Love SDC quality and aesthetics

Best water flosser I’ve owned
This is by far the best water flosser I have ever owned. I have had Waterpik brand and other brands, but the force was so strong, or there was no vibration, etc. This one has adjustable speeds, pulsating, and my teeth feel like I’ve had a professional cleaning every night. I highly recommend this brand

Died after a few months
I was really happy when I got this item. It cleans your teeth really well and was easy to use. The issue: Recently it just died. When you push the power button it just makes a humming sound and nothing more. I checked the water tube and it was clear. I just does not work any more.I tried going to their support web site but it is a dead link. For this reason I cannot recommend this product.
