I like that this didnât take long to assemble, takes up minimal space, is sturdy, and provides a good workout for both my upper and lower body. Iâve been using it daily for about three weeks and have seen a very noticeable increase in muscle tone in my glutes, legs, upper chest, and arms. The only change I made was to replace the rubber stopper under the seat with a slimmer felt pad so the angle the seat extends downward is greater. That seems to give me an even better workout than I get with the included rubber stopper. This is a bargain for the level of workout you get, and Iâm very satisfied with this purchase.

It’s easy to put together. I did it all by myself but I was out of breath and tired so I didn’t use it till the next day. It holds up to 330 lb which I am bigger but I get the juice on there I get about 2 minutes on there. It’s like a seesaw if you know what that is. It functions good if you got bad knees don’t get on there cuz you going to be working out your knee is it comfortable to sit for me yes. The quality is good and it’s you can fold it up as well it’s easy to move up and down if you can pull up your weight.

I was extremely excited for the is machine and not only was it extremely delayed but when I finally received it was missing ALL the screws need to put it together. Iâm very disappointed.
