Grow tent heater spiderfarmer
I own the ac infinity thermal forge and know the spider farmer heater both have their perks. Ac has humidity probe. Spider does not. Spider has day and night temperature setting that switches. I have mine set 76 during day and 70 at night. When the lights go out it has a ligh sensor on the probe.

Very easy setup
I was looking for a heater for my grow tent since it is really cold in my basement in the winter time. I have other Spider Farm products, decided to give this heater a try. Set up is really easy you screw on the vent tube and plug in the sensor and you are ready to set up the heater to your need. There is a bunch of different settings you can configure for you personal set up. I have it set to day time 75 and night time 70 for now you can clearly tell on the graph when I started to use the heater (see picture). Didn’t want to shock my plants too much at first. I will eventually change it to 80 during the day and 70 at night. I like how there are many different heating options you can set up with the heater. Now I just have to give it some more time to see I any issues with the heater. I will update this review if I do encounter any issues. As for now I’m happy.

Day/Night setting not reliable!
I had the temperature set for 72 night and 77 day, it worked for a few rounds then you have to hit the settings button and let it blink its way out to get it to turn on even though it was 68 in the tent. Then it would continue to go even after it well exceed the set temp of day or night. You would have to hit set and let it blink its way out so it would stop. I canât have that kind of fluctuation. I do not recommend if you are looking for something you need a higher temp during the day and lower at night. It is too unreliable and you will kill off anything you have if you are not there to babysit it.

It made keeping a steady temperature in my grow tent easy.
It’s been working great at keeping my grow tent at a constant temperature. The setting on the heater that I’m using to do this is the temperature all-day mode. The manual explains this mode and how to set it, but I wasn’t sure if I had it set correctly. This product page has an image that shows the icons that are supposed to be shown on the LED display when it’s in this mode. I would’ve liked that to be more clear in the manual.It has a max power of 530 watts, and was able to plugged into my surge protector that’s rated at a maximum of 1000 watts. I like that the cords are long. The power cord is about 8 feet long. The temperature sensor cord is about 10 feet long, and the vent hose is about 64 inches long when it’s fully extended.I’m using it for a grow tent that I made. I cut an opening towards the top and pushed the vent hose and temperature sensor through it. I’ve been using a space heater pointed towards the grow tent, but that’s been drying out the substrate on that side. I should’ve been using one of these since the beginning of my grow.

Heat
This heater is small, but mighty. It really puts out a lot of heat. It is currently 12 degrees F right now, and my grow tent is almost 67 degrees! I have a 20×10 grow tent and I’ve already gotten seeds started in there. I have struggled with all of the settings and using the app, but I am sure with a little exploration of the app and the settings I will be able to confidently set it, and forget it, freeing up my time for other farm activities.

5 out of 5!! Amazing product! Spider farmer definitely delivered when creating this small but amazingly powerful heater with all the functionality you could think of! IT really makes it convenient to set. It dialed in exactly where you want it. Great for automation, great for colder climates and overall is a great benefit to achieve amazing quality.. definitely will refer and just to let everyone know, this product delivers! Makes controlling temperature super easy! Spider farmer definitely delivered! And for the price⦠great value.. looks are very aesthetic and is small enough to fit almost anywhere. The brightness on the controls is very bright. The buttons push very easily. And overall just an amazing product will definitely be shopping further with them.

Exactly what I needed!
I was a bit skeptical with the 530W rating, but it works great! It was super easy to set up and effectively warms up the room if it gets below the set temperature! The only thing I would complain about is the icons and symbols aren’t very intuitive as to what they do. Some are, but not all. The icons would be better if they were explained a bit better. I was able to figure it out after a few minutes, so it’s not a deal-breaker, but it could be easier to set up the controls. The form-factor is perfect, though, and I like being able to stand it vertically or lay it horizontally. If you only need to warm up a slightly too low temp tent, this is amazing. If you need to warm up a room more than a 5-10 degrees F, this isn’t the solution. Great for what it’s made for, though!
