Happy to find small size pills
I’ve been looking for small size fish oil pills. I was delighted to find these.Even though the pills are small, they can be difficult to swallow. I think it is because they are very hard.I accidentally discovered a way to make them easier to swallow. Because the pills are round, they roll around when placed on the table. One day I put them on paper towels to prevent them from rolling. The paper towel got wet and the pills because soft and much easier to swallow.Two questions for the manufacturer:1) Does the outside of the pill becoming wet and softened minimize effectiveness?2) How do you get such a high concentration of EHA and DPA in a small pill. I’m a little skeptical that it can be done.

This mini-capsule (and oil gel) is so, so much easier to take than the larger horse pills one usually gets as Omega 3 fish oil. I’ll order this again and wish more vitamin companies would switch to mini-sized capsules. Although, of course, I have no idea how fresh or potent any of this is, it sure is so much easier to take than other Omegas. I keep mine in fridge. Glad to have it on hand.

Hard to swallow
As some reviews have mentioned, these capsules are very difficult to swallow.I like the premise of these; they are smaller, but the shape makes it a challenge. They are very hard and feel like they get stuck going down.I do not have dysphagia or any issue with swallowing and I tend to take them with a bite of food to help get them down. I certainly would not recommend these for anyone with swallowing difficulties.
