Good quality rope band
Easy to use and good quality. I use as an alternative to dumbbells sometimes for variety, and it provides a very good amount of resistance that I can feel.

I have both level 4 and level 5 bands and will say upfront these are not easy to use. you will get a good workout with these as the bands are well designed and I believe will last a long time. I have only had them for a short time but am adding to my workout routine. you need to go to the website to get some exercises to do with these and those might be better done via video but the site is helpful. I would say it might have been smarter for me to start with level 3 as level 4 is plenty difficult and level 5 I am not ready for yet

This was a replacement of one I used so much, one of the bands actually broke. The variation of resistance is reduced by the braiding, giving a smoother, more consistent draw. Not thrilled with the handle. With a band, the handle is going to contact your arm, depending on the excercise. Wearing a wristband helps.

Honestley this band is really heavy duty Iâm not sure what the amount of tension is but its definitely enough to get a good workout I highly recommend these if your looking for one of these.

Had a lighter set which lasted for many years but finally popped a single band, this heavier set replaced it. Really good bands, recommend; heaviest possible for better burn, and protecting the mid portion where looped/hooked around and object (gym tower for me) with cloth/wrap of some sort to minimize wear in the rubber as it stretches. Only brand I will own of these, love them.

I had one of these for 14 years and it never broke. The only reason I had to order a new one was because the outer latex or rubber started breaking down into powder!!! Unreal. LOVE these.

I bought it to do some bear crawl sled pulls and needed something very strong. These fit the bill and great for stretch exercises and even heavy weight lifting exercises. Because of the strength and durability, you can get real creative. Definitely worth the price.
