Worth the money
I developed a dry socket day 5 post molar extraction (my stitches fell out too early). The pain was off the charts. I went in and my dentist put in a paste and sent me home with a syringe of it but I was scared I was going to run out so I did all of the internet research. This stuff is great! I rinse my mouth and put in a large bit of it and wait 20 minutes. The relief is very quick. It doesnât last for hours and hours but I can get 4-5 hours of sleep, reapply it and go back to sleep. It doesnât really have a bad taste and the tube wasnât as small as I was expecting based on other reviews.

This stuff is great
I just had the first stage of a dental implant (ie when they extract the old tooth and put the nail/post in your jaw) and Iâm so grateful for this stuff! When my ibuprofen begins to wear off and itâs not yet time to take another dose, I have been putting this on the surgical site. It numbs the area & takes the edge off the pain âtil I can take my next dose. It also tastes nice and is easy to apply! Pricey but worth it imo

Soothing after extraction and then implant surgery
As I’ve aged, it seems any dental work in my mouth is more irritating and takes longer to heal than it used to. I recently had an extraction which did not heal well (partially my fault I believe). Then later, I had the implant surgery and was thinking the same healing issues would occur. This had been recommended, so I got some and – wow – it really did help with the pain and healing! The implant surgery healed much better and when the site started feeling sore, this really helped soothe it. Granted, I initially also took OTC pain killers, but this had a very noticeable additional effect. I’ll be keeping it around for any dental work I have done!

Love hate relationship
I love this stuff because it works. Like seriously when I have a cut or sore or canker sore in my mouth it fixes it very quickly even after trying other things for days. However, itâs SO expensive and seems to lose its efficacy after time (the container says not to use after 60 days.) If it lasted forever or was less pricey it would be a 5 star review!

Believe the hype!!!!
So I can’t confirm or deny if I have dry socket, but what I do know is this stuff is a life saver!I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out and had such intense pain 4-5 days post op. Google told me I had dry socket so I came here and found this gem.I was skeptical at first but read the reviews and was convinced. Yes, it’s expensive but 100% worth it!!! After cleaning out my extraction site I used as directed and my excruciating pain was gone in about 20 minutes. I’m now using this around the clock and I’m so glad I bought it!!!!To be clear – this doesn’t completely knock the pain out but makes it 1000000000 times more tolerable. If you’re in pain, spend the money!

Not Convinced
I know this oral gel has received many glowing reviews, but I remain unconvinced of it’s claims. At my dental surgeon’s insistence, I bought this gel and used two tubes of it. The product failed to prevent or heal an infection that produced a yellow/green discharge. Ultimately, my surgeon reluctantly prescribed an antibiotic. I should mention I was unaware that the surgeon my dentist recommended supports homeopathic methods.

Very good product for dry socket / tooth extraction
I am 57 years old. I had a very complicated,wisdom tooth removal. I ended up with a dry socket condition. Very painful. This gel , helped relieve the pain , a great amount. Hardly any taste. Very happy. The seller also shipped it fast.
