It is small and light, so I keep it under my standing desk to execise. It is initially very quiet, and the instruction is not clear where to apply the included oil.It lets me walk while I work at the max rsistence. You can adjust the resistence, and a bit more resistence would have been nice.It provides details like number of steps and I do not use the other functions.

It did take a second to get the pedals to the height we both like but once we got it set itâs been easy to use. I also like the tracker so I can see how many steps itâs saying Iâm completing. It does squeak a little bit but they supplied a bottle of oil which helps. Overall I think itâs a very good stair stepper and both the wife and I are happy with the purchase.
