UGH, FINALLY
I love this! The fine tip allows me to get super smooth, fine lines on my lids while still allowing me to fill in my wing. In my opinion, it’s much easier to use than the normal tip that is ultra sensitive to the angle of your hand. I’ve used STILA in the past and I’ve never had an issue with them drying out or running off my face, so their quality is much better than anything you’ll get from a drug store. Although it stays on as long as needed, it also comes off easy without having to scrub your eyeballs off your face. Definitely a favorite!

Number One!
Stila Waterproof Eye Liner is perfect. I have used it for the last 6 years and am absolutely satisfied. There is no smudging or bleeding. It does not flake. It is easy to use and lasts forever.

Humid, Sweat, Water, Allergy, Everything Proof! AT LAST!!!
I’ve been wearing eyeliner since high school. I’m Japanese, and I love that cat-eye look. But two things drove me crazy: 1) I have a natural eye fold, but it’s not large enough to prevent creasing, and 2) most eyeliner has a bulky brush attached to the screw cap that is awful and clumpy.Enter…Stila Liquid Eyeliner. This baby is like a fine sumi ink brush. It goes on like rich, smooth, delicious Sharpie ink. The blacks are bold and intense. The brush doesn’t clog or clump or leave flecks of dried eyeliner in your eyes. You can draw a cat-eye. You can draw fake eyelashes. Heck, you can draw tiny designs in the corner of your eyes if you want! And it will stay there all day, in the rain and swimming pool and humidity and sweat, until you remove it with makeup cleanser. Or, if you’ve had a crazy day and crash on the sofa, you’ll wake up with flawless eyeliner (even if your foundation looks like crap). And it lasts, too! I wear a thick band of eyeliner on the tops and bottoms, plus a cat-eye wing, everyday and one stick lasts me a month or two. You can put it on the bottom eyeline as well. I would NOT recommend you line your waterline with it though. The black comes out liquidy (hence the beautiful thin lines), so if it touches your water line it will spread like watercolor paint. It won’t sting your eyes at all, but looks gross when the whites of your eyes flood grey. Just dab it out with a q-tip.Instead, keep your eyes very dry. Wipe with toner, then apply eye cream, foundation, and a matte powder. This creates the perfect, dry, smooth surface for your eyeliner. You will have wonderfully crisp, jet black lines. Easy to fill between your eyelashes and create designs. So lovely! If you have slightly oily skin, or leave it bare, this product will not look as nice. Drawing it on unprepped skin gives it a harsh, crude look. The edges of the lines might look jagged or crooked. At minimum, apply a tinted primer.I will buy this product forever. If the company threatens to go under, I’ll buy enough of their remaining stock to last until my senior citizen age. I cannot recommend this product enough! Remember, prep your eye area well!

Very Good But Not Waterproof
I really like how easy it is to apply. Also, it is very dark, which is what I wanted. The only downside is that it’s not waterproof. I have oily skin, and my eyes water occasionally. The eyeliner lasted most of the day but ran into the corners of my eyes by the end of the day. Therefore, it doesn’t last as well as my usual liquid liner, but the application is significantly easier.

Game-Changer Brown Eyeliner for Pale Skin
first thing in the morning I love this eyeliner almost as much as my favorite brown mascara! This eyeliner is an absolute godsend. If anyone has tried to buy brown eyeliner from most stores, even the high-end ones, it never goes well. Whether you use Charlotte Tilbury, Sephora, Walmart, or Target, you know the strugglesâthey either donât have it, it’s dry within the third day, used up too quickly, has too big of a tip for fine lines, or comes in a jar of liquid eyeliner. This one, however, goes on effortlessly. It stays on all day, it’s easy to fix mistakes, and it lasts despite long days, rain, waterâyou name it. It lasts a long time and itâs never dry. The best part? It doesnât make your pale skin look sickly. If you were on the fence, I urge you to go for it. This eyeliner is a total game-changer for anyone looking for a reliable brown liner that enhances your natural look without the typical hassles.

10 out of 10 most âpermanentâ liner
I did the due diligence and literally bought 10 new eyeliners, including paint-pots to test out the wear before Halloween, as Iâm doing make up on a raving-party group and want no falties battling sweat or smudging through the nite. Still was the clear winner. Application is not matte, slight sheen, has one of the best tips, glides on with no bleed, stays smooth, never tacky feeling. you canât blend it because it dries quickly, but it doesnt smudge or transfer. . Even if you rubbed it with water!! Upon washing them all off, stila also faded nicely instead of smearing around like others can. you will want a remover to be able to remove it easily. without rubbing and staining.

You have to have a steady hand to apply
This is a good product. This is not my favorite liquid eyeliner on the market though. However, when I try to wipe it off of my arm that I have an attached photo, It does not smudge. That is very good. But please keep in mind that you have to have a steady hand as this wand has a propensity to apply thick so if youâre just wanting a very thin line, youâre going to have to take some time and be very diligent that youâre only using the tip and that you donât slide it too much to the side. So applying it is not going to be very easy. But on the flipside to that, if you are wanting a thicker line, you can have that and if youâre wanting a thinner line you can as well so does versatile in that way. You just have to be very intentional when applying. It is not a blendable eyeliner, It is not intended to be. It is not an eyeliner that will bleed, But you have to make sure itâs dry but it does dry fairly fast.Again, this is a good product. It is not my favorite for the price and lack of ease of application especially for those with time restrictions.
