There was no pump and plug
Fortunately I had an extra plug and a pump from a purchase thar I did directly with merrithew in the past.

Came without a plug
What earthly use is a stability ball without a plug? This thing arrived with next to no wrapping, no instructions, and no plug. Itâs a big thick piece of flexible plastic. I stupidly started inflating it before I realized this, and wasted my time and my considerable effort with a bicycle pump. Not happy.

great but not right size
The material on this ball is AWESOME it is firm and sturdy, but it says 55cm/22in which is what I ordered, only it’s smaller in height that any other 55cm/22in ball I have ever had. For these reasons, it is not as described. So sad. It’s the best quality I hope the company fixes asap, if you’re not needing it to the regular height, I encourage buying! Return seemed easy, usps, I dropped it off at the local post office today. seller seems friendly too.

Really like this exercise ball and I feel safe on it and that it wonât burst on me! I am 5â8 and itâs a great size for me. Itâs a bit of work to pump up in the first instance but after that keeps great shape.

The ball looks great. But twice the ball has been delivered, with NO plug to hold in the air, no advertised pump or instructions. The first was picked up by the 2nd delivery driver. The second one I have to mail myself.
