Sloppy work and confusing.I would have given this a three, however, if you can get past that, the written directions are quite clear.I do plan to incorporate these exercises into my morning and evening routine – they seem safe for this 73year-old body!

I’ve been fit and active all my life, but wanting to be true to my age (62), I bought this book to stay up-to-date on my stretching and was saddened and disgusted by the illustrations, which show fat, out-of-shape, ugly “seniors” kind of doing the exercises… Have some respect for human beings and avoid illustrating stereotypical images of decrepit old people. That’s not who we are (60 is the new 40), and it’s discouraging. I put the book aside and bought a regular stretching book instead. Again: R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
