This equipment is easy to put together, gives you a great upper and lower workout, and easily folds up for storage. I would re-purchase from this brand again.

I love this machine
I had never heard of Sunny Fit app or this machine until seeing it on Amazon. It’s easy to assemble and most important of all for me, it’s QUIET to use. I have downstairs neighbors and I love that it’s quiet. The app is also pretty neat because on the ‘smart’ version of this row machine, you can connect the row machine to the app, choose a workout and even add a warm up and cool down to your workout. (Your workout duration and other info will show on the screen). Once you hit play, the warmup will play, then your workout, then the cool down, seamlessly. I feel like it works my quads the most but it is a full body burn. I’m 5’11 for reference, with long legs and can sit comfortably. I don’t find the seat to be hard and it’s comfortable the whole workout. You can find workouts for this machine and others they make inside the app. I haven’t fully explored the app yet but I really like it and the workouts incorporate kettle bells, weights, cardio, etc, which for me complements using the machine and reduces the likelihood of me getting bored with the machine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Got to use it to lose it
This machine is very easy to assemble and the work out is great. It has a counter attached to keep track of how many reps you do, and also helps keep track of calories burnt.

Easy to use
I got this a few weeks ago and wanted to see how it would work. I have trouble with my joints,, and it’s not too hard on them. It’s easier than a lot of other machines (in my opinion). The movement is easy to do, and it definitely gives a burn. I think this will be a good long-term workout as it works a lot of muscles without taking up an ungodly amount of space. My only complaint is that the holder for the phone doesn’t stay sideways; the phone’s weight makes the holder tilt sideways, and it doesn’t stay horizontal, so it’s hard to use with their videos. You do get free workout videos, though, and some easy ones for beginners. Over all, it’s a good machine and I’d recommend it. Great bang for your buck.

Great workout in minutes
Super easy to use and very comfortable. I was able to put this together on my own within minutes. The resistance is great & I am quickly able to feel a good burn after 2 minutes on this thing. Itâs really a good workout focusing on so many areas of the body at once. I really appreciate the assistance this provides as I tend to tire out easily – now I can really push myself to keep going. Itâs pretty good quality & easy to move around.

Iâm really enjoying my new exercise machine. Iâve gotten in a good rhythm and I can see a do in my butt!! Makes me was to stay on task and making sure I do some everyday. Wish I had this during Covid! The counter is sensitive, but I donât mind resetting it. I like to keep count of my daily reps. It was also easy to put together. Like others, my seat was mashed between something, so thereâs a dent that is permanent.
