I was excited to get this little survival package with all these goodies and tools within and for the price and all that you get within it is a decent deal. But keep in mind that a lot of these items are a lot smaller than they are depicted in the picture. The quality of the items are a little bit on the low end, and I don’t think I would depend on any of these if my life depended on it, though the whole package within and of itself would come in handy if you need any of these items in a pinch. This is a great bag just to have on hand in case you need to get out “bugout” style. It does come with a lot of attractive things like the bag itself in various survival tools. The lantern is a lot smaller than I expected and fits in the palm of my hand. The axe was surprisingly a decent size. There are a few compases in different forms on different tools.
The shovel is more like a gardening shovel in size, and not at all any sort of ditch digging tool. You might be able to plant some flowers, or scoop out ashes from a camp fire.
I would not rely on these tools long term, as I suspect they would and could deteriorate in short time if left out in the elements… but for the price, this offers a lot of stuff packed into one compact survival bag.
