Damaging and Ineffective
I really wanted to like this flat iron, but it completely ruined my hair. Even on the lowest heat setting, it dried out my hair and caused noticeable damage. It never did a good job flattening my hair either â no matter what products I used, the results were always disappointing. I kept giving it a chance, thinking it might be my products, but once I switched to a different flat iron, the difference was immediate. My hair looked healthier, smoother, and the results were far better.Another issue was the constant crunching sound it made every time I passed it through my hair. I used it for months, hoping it would stop, but it never did. Overall, this flat iron just didnât deliver on any level for me. I regret purchasing it and wouldnât recommend it.

Great product
I am a novice when it comes to flat ironing my hair but this product works brilliantly! The sleek design and manageability makes for a beautiful experience. The only drawback I have is that the settings are not that user friendly. You have to play around with it a bit to get the desired setting. The directions are not very clear on exactly how to to do that, but once you figure it out, I think you’ll be pretty amazed at how well it works. Definitely worth every penny.

This is my second straightener. I had my first for years. After that one broke, I tried the ProBliss and Chi brand. Those just did not cut it. I had to buy another one. Works great leaves my coarse and wavy hair straight and shiny. I did not regret this purchase.

I have always loved T3 hair tools. I had my previous T3 flat iron for more than 9 years and used it almost every single day. It was the best flat iron I have ever owned, it didn’t tug or pull at your hair, it made my hair incredibly smooth and silky (I have naturally very curly dehydrated hair). I have owned many other brands of flat irons in the past but none were as good as my last T3.Once my T3 died a few weeks ago, I wanted to stay within the T3 brand as I knew the brand had great quality tools. I purchased this one and I was very excited to try it out. However, I will say I am quite disappointed with it. This flat iron seems to tug and pull at my hair and it doesn’t leave my hair silky and soft like my previous T3 did. I have been using it for a few weeks now as I wanted to give it a fair try but I unfortunately have had no success with it. I’m not sure if I just have a one-off kind of situation with this flat iron because other reviews don’t seem to mention any issues with hair tugging/pulling or issues regarding their hair not feeling silky after using this flat iron.Needless to say, I’m sad that this flat iron doesn’t work for me.
