I love this lotion for my 3-mix curls. It leaves my hair shiny with the perfect control and no crunchiness (unless I overuse).The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is that the old, salon-only formula was more concentrated. It was thicker and I only needed a dollop to cover my whole head. My old bottle lasted almost a year of daily use. And I have thick hair. Now I need at least twice as much to get the same results. It would be ok if the price reflected this loss of quality, but it doesn’t. I’ll definitely be on the lookout for old stock.

I just reported that this is advertised as having 10.1 oz., but the bottle says it’s 8 oz. It doesnât really matter to anyone else what I think of it, because I have no way of knowing how it would work on other peopleâs hair. I can report that it has a lightly floral, inoffensive (to me) scent, It does not clump, get sticky, or get stiff. A little goes a long way. I have thick wavy hair that curls in humidity (which I like) but also gets fuzzy (which I donât like) in humidity. It helps with the fuzz factor. My hair is more âfly awayâ without this product.
