Comfortable for hiking – here is some info on sizing.
I ordered about 8 different pants for hiking from Amazon, and these are the only ones that didn’t get returend. They are comfortable for hiking in weather in the mid-30s to 60 degrees F. They aren’t too thick (like Carhardt pants), but not as thin and stretchy as the Baleaf pants. For me they are the perfect blend material – they have just a little bit of stretch, but still feel like they’ll hold up to wear against twigs/braches and or rocks.I am 5′ 11″ and 175 lbs. I normally wear a 34 x 34 pant size. I bought a medium, which I would guess is a 32 or 33 in the waist (but stretches), and just barely long enough to get down to my ankle bone (maybe a 32 or 32.5 length). I then bought a large, which is a little more roomy in the waist (more like a 34″), but barely any longer than the medium (maybe 32.5 to 33 length). They are still long enough for me for hiking, so I’m keeping both sizes, but if I was to order again, I’d get the large which is very close to a 34 waist, 33 length fit.

Very Comfortable and a good looking pant!
I Love how they look & feel against my skin! . . . Very supreme material visually. . . and they do not restrict extreme movements. I was surprised to wear them to the GYM – moving and stretching comfortably! I bought a pair in 2022 and tried them on and immediately did not like them, So I never wore them again (dumb). . . until recently at an all day family event. I can’t believe I had these amazing pants in my closet for over two years and didn’t wear them. And they looked and felt so great actually wearing them around so I ordered another 16 pair the next day.

Great for working outside in the heat
I’m a handyman in Texas and have a lot of outdoor work this summer. These are perfect for staying cool while staying protected from the sun. They are also durable enough to carry tools in my pockets and comfortably enough to work in all day. They run big. I got medium and large to try them out and the large was huge on me (I’m a size 30/30, 5’10, 160lbs ). Only complaint is the built in belt has a cheap plastic twist buckle that is a little annoying to fasten and I’m sure will break over time. Not a deal breaker though as I can just remove it and use my own belt.

    Awesome pants for the price
I’ve paid 3x as much for hiking pants from big name brands, that look and feel similar to these. Maybe they come off the same production lines? Anyway, these pants have a reasonable amount of stretch, a decent level of water/liquid resistance, and are thin/lightweight. Perhaps describable like a more durable windbreaker type material, but I haven’t tested them in high winds yet. I’m 5’8″, 155 lbs and went with a small. Normally I go with a 30-32 waist, 32 length depending on the clothing brand. Waist fits perfect and there’s just the right amount of excess length in the legs. My two complaints are… The pockets need to be bigger, and the plastic belt buckle comes loose constantly. But, a belt can be replaced easily enough. I’ve bought two pairs of these pants, and plan to buy more.

They are lightweight, durable, and ideal for what I am looking for.
I’m 72 years old, and while I hike in the woods perhaps more than many other 72-year-olds, I am not a long-range hiker, although I do think about it now and then. These would do very well for those who want to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail, as they are well-made, very light, durable, and water-resistant, if not actually waterproof. I still need to do that test. Whatever your age might be, if you are looking for something that looks reasonably good, has plenty of pockets, is very lightweight, and is durable, these are a good choice. I’ve worn my first pair several times and am pleased with them. That’s not why I bought them, however. As mentioned, I am 72 years old and carry a bit more weight than I would like. Absent a diet and exercise plan, I am always looking for pants that will stay up, and there are some places where sweatpants just aren’t appropriate. As you age and put on some weight, your body undergoes changes that render regular pants with a belt insufficient. You don’t think old people wear suspenders as a fashion statement, do you? I grew up on a farm but only began wearing suspenders a few years ago. Fortunately, by the time you’ve reached your 70s, you’ve lost some of your vanity, so I wear suspenders occasionally, but I can’t say that I like them. These will stay up under normal circumstances even without the belt that comes with them. With the belt, there are no worries whatsoever, so I can carry things with both hands without worrying about my pants falling, and there is no need for suspenders.I’ve purchased a couple of these. If they came in a few more colors, I’d buy more.Later… They are available in several colors now, so I’ve ordered a third pair.

Odd pocket flap direction and slip tab
Overall the cargo trouser fits very nicely. I ordered a size down for a more slim fit look as the waistband stretched to my normal size with plenty of more to go. The material is flexible and breathable. I am currently in Africa and it’s humid. I was very comfortable all day. Great for wearing on the plane ride too.The only two issues I have with the trouser are the flaps over the zipper for the front pockets. The flap is sewn on the opposite side with opening facing forward instead of normally backwards towards the rear. So getting in the pocket is comber some as my wrist has to turn inwards to unzip and enter. When I am seated , debris can collect as it becomes a cup to catch everything. The slip tab on the waist should be a button or snap button. The slip tab can be easily undone if enough force pushes it out of the hook.Overall it is a good buy if you can get it under $25. Otherwise there’s better options out there. I purchased this one because of the color.

    Lightweight and comfortable
The pants are both lightweight and comfortable. I had a knee replacement and was looking for loose fitting pants around the knee as a replacement for my jeans. These work great. They dont wrinkle after a wash. I now have two pair of these pants, one in light blue and one in light brown. Nice color selection.
