Think this is my third time ordering this product and I’m very happy with the results.Great customer service, I’ve never had a problem with the product until this last order within 5 days of getting it I finally opened package I usually open my packages when I get them but I was recovering from a medical procedure.So when I opened it to use it to go to doctors appt the dispenser wouldn’t work.I tried turning the cap a few times and it would just click a few times but nothing would come out.I was going to have my hubby drop it off to return in couple of days but then I got an e-mail from the company.They thanked me for ordering their product and hoped I was happy with it.Then said if for any reason there is a problem or not working or just not happy with the product just let them know and they will send me a replacement and don’t worry about returning it just throw it away.How nice was that, so I replied and explained it wouldn’t dispense the cream and they sent me a replacement within approximately a week, thats good customer service.Anyway I love the product you’ll have to try maybe a few times to get the ratio to where it works for you, not to thick or thin, sometimes I add a tiny drop or two in my foundation.Once you master that you should be happy with results.Thank You T & HA Happy customer!

Product Review, Skin Preparation & Product Application Tips learned after 2 full bottles of product
PRODUCT REVIEW: (I have no affiliation with this company or product and have NOT received any incentives or freebees for my review.)This was my first experience with a wrinkle filler, and I am impressed, especially when comparing the price of this product to others of its kind.The name of this product seems to indicate that the serum is meant for eye wrinkles and puffiness, and though that isn’t really my problem area, I tried it anyway based on its reviews and comparatively low price. I was impressed enough to buy and use up two bottles and am on my third.I plan to try another brand next, one that claims to target the face and deeper wrinkles…. and is also more expensive, of course. Now that I know how this cheaper serum performed, I’m anxious to compare it to one of higher price. That being said, I have no hesitation in recommending “TSH Anti-Aging Rapid Reduction Eye Cream” to anyone who is curious about wrinkle fillers. It’s not surgery or injections, and it can’t erase decades of age and abuse, but it did beat my expectations and was worth the cost ($16.99 per bottle at time of this review).FOR REFERENCE: I will be 68 yrs old in a couple months and have deep nasal and marionette wrinkles that are the major aging factors on my face and the main reason I decided to try this product.What I have written here reflects what I’ve learned after trial and error, leading to a method of application that works for me and has eliminated the problems I had initially. Once I got to that point, I consistently achieved good to satisfactory results with each application/use of the product. (Results are likely to vary relative to age differences, skin types, extent of wrinkling and methods of use.)”TSH ANTI-AGING RAPID REDUCTION EYE CREAM”:**does a good job on lines around the eyes. Patting lightly, it diminishes light lines and puffiness under and around the eyes, does not completely remove crows feet but noticeably lessens them.**does a satisfactory job on the horizontal wrinkles in the center of my forehead as well as the two vertical creases between the eyes. Those wrinkles aren’t terrible deep on my face, but I was still surprised by how much difference there was before and after. (I wear my hair with light bangs which cover the deeper, horizontal wrinkles on the outer areas of my forehead so I have not used the product in those areas.)**The deep crevices from the nostril flare downward and the marionette lines from the corners of the mouth downward are my biggest problem. The driving reason for buying this cream was the remote possibility that it could budge those lines, and I really had no expectation that it would. While it didn’t provide the kind of results it had on the lesser wrinkles, I DID see a discernible difference, and I WAS surprised…..pleasantly so.(Even though these creases are deeper and larger than other wrinkles doesn’t necessarily mean they require more product; don’t get carried away and overapply or you’ll have a disappointing mess. (See below.)**************************************************************************************************PREPARATION, APPLICATION AND TIPS:Preparation and Application are VERY IMPORTANT, and if you don’t get it right, you will likely hate this product and most other fillers. From what I’ve read, the wrong application technique and/or wrong amount of product brings about the same user complaints regardless of brand or price.PREPARATION -~~VERY IMPORTANT! – ALWAYS START WITH CLEAN HANDS AND FACE!Wash your hands first, then wash your face. (This is Make-up Application 101 and should ALWAYS be the first step when doing anything to your face or putting anything on your face.)~~Apply a LIGHT MOISTURIZER to your CLEAN FACE (using clean hands). (DO NOT use a “heavy” or “greasy” moisturizer, such as the type you might use overnight.)Let the moisturizer SOAK IN and allow your face to DRY COMPLETELY.~~With prep done, you move onto make-up (if you’re going to be wearing make-up) and application of the serum.(APPLICATION TIPS are next, followed by my preferred application techniques.)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~APPLICATION TIPS~~IMPORTANT! – WHEN USING THE PRODUCT WITH FACE MAKE-UP, this serum GOES ON TOP OF or OVER everything else! Moisturizers, creams, foundations MUST BE APPLIED FIRST.AFTER everything else has been applied and dried, you’re then ready to apply the serum.Once the serum is on your face, DO NOT APPLY ANYTHING OVER IT (except a LIGHT powder blush or LIGHT, LOOSE face powder, NOTHING LIQUID OR CREAMY.). I have found that putting anything on top of the serum ends up creating a CHALKY MESS every time!*DISCLAIMER – I have never tried mixing the serum with moisturizer or foundation and applying it that way, so I cannot speak to that. I only know that if used with make-up and applied SEPARATELY, this product must go on LAST.~~IMPORTANT! – DO NOT USE TOO MUCH PRODUCT; more is NOT better.Too much product is a disaster, not enough can give minimal results, somewhere in between is that sweet, “just right” spot.Using too much product is another cause of white, chalky residue that is difficult to fix without starting over.DO NOT BLAME THE PRODUCT if you get a white residue. Correct application and the right amount of product will yield results without any visible residue. How much is too much might vary from brand to brand, I can’t speak to that, but, based on my research, all products of this type will leave a residue if applied incorrectly. It might take a couple applications (or more) to get the hang of it; BE PATIENT and don’t give up.~~FREEZE FACE – Once the serum is applied, hold your face in a NEUTRAL EXPRESSION for 10 MINUTES; don’t raise your eyebrows, don’t smile, don’t frown, don’t chew, don’t smoke, don’t blow, don’t whistle, don’t smooch, try not to talk. Allow the serum to work undisturbed.THE LESS YOU MOVE YOUR FACIAL MUSCLES DURING THESE 10 MINUTES, THE BETTER YOUR CHANCE FOR BEST POSSIBLE RESULT.~~DEFINING “FULL EFFECT” – Full effect should be achieved within 10 minutes after application of the serum. “FULL EFFECT” will be defined individually based on age, skin type, the amount and depth of wrinkles, and user prep & application methods.The fewer and finer the wrinkles, the better the results. However, judging from my personal experience, there’s a good chance for some amount of noticeable improvement even on older skin and deeper wrinkles. (Correct usage of the product is key in all cases, and expectations must be realistic.)~~REFRESH IT – I have found that the results last quite awhile. If the results are fading, and we’re going on an unplanned outing, if I wet my finger with a small amount of cool tap water and lightly pa over the areas that were treated, it seems to “refresh” the results somewhat. (Don’t get so wet that you wash it away, just a little bit in specific areas to make it somewhat creamy again.) It’s worth a try if the initial results have faded.I have NOT tried the product on neck wrinkles so cannot speak to that application. I don’t use the product every day, only when I’m leaving the house or just want to feel “pretty” at home.**************************************************************************************************MY APPLICATION ROUTINE: (This is what I found works best for me.)~~USE “WEAKER” RING FINGER TO APPLY: I start by putting a couple “pumps” of the product on the ball of my left hand (adding subsequent “pumps” as necessary, one at a time….not too much). Then, I lightly dip the ring finger of my right hand into the serum and gently pat it onto the target areas. If the wrinkles are deep or the area is larger, I pat and lightly stroke the product over the area. I don’t RUB it in, just PAT and STROKE LIGHTLY over the area you are treating.~~EYES & FOREHEAD: I begin with the eyes, patting all the way into the corners of the eyes, underneath the eyes and over crows feet. From there, I move to the vertical “||” lines between my eyes, then up to the horizontal creases in the center of my forehead. I use only 1 “dip” into the serum to cover that entire area. (YOUR COVERAGE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE DEPTH AND AMOUNT OF WRINKLES. No matter how many or how deep, DO NOT USE TOO MUCH PRODUCT.)~~NASAL CREASES & MARIONETTE LINES – on each side of the nose, starting at the nostril flare, downward, and the marionette lines from the corners of the mouth and downward. These are the lines that really age a face and the least likely to be greatly affected by a wrinkle filler.I start applying the serum at the top of each crease and work down to the end of it, gently patting and stroking the product, making sure to get serum all the way into the crease and up to the skin surrounding each crease. Treat the surrounding skin like puffiness under the eyes; any shrinkage of the surrounding area will help lessen the appearance of the wrinkles’ depth. Gage your expectations on the depth, size and “age” of these creases and appreciate whatever improvement you see.~~UPPER LIP: It takes very little product in this small area. The lines here aren’t usually very deep unless you smoked for years or just have deep lines genetically, but the older one gets, the more prevalent they become regardless.~~CHEEKS: If you have wrinkles on your cheeks, treat those. I have only 3 very light lines, coming from the corner of my mouth and only on one side. Since these are very light, it takes only a tiny amount of product, gently patted over each light wrinkle.~~CHIN: I also do the front of my chin, even though I don’t really have wrinkles there. A very small amount of serum patted & very lightly stroked over the area smooths and improves the appearance.

I’ve been using this product for a couple of years now. It works as described Takes the puffiness out from underneath my eyes and a matter of minutes. Sometimes the bags under my eyes are really puffy. It seems to always work.
