Great for thick hair
Love this product – I’ve been using it for years and I have thick hair with a strong cowlick. It’s strong enough to keep things in place even if you only use a little bit of it, but malleable enough that it doesn’t look like your hair is frozen in place. Oh and it smells great too 🙂

Not firm hold and has pungent smell
This has practically no hold whatsoever, and the smell is extremely strong (sort of smells like paint thinner). Not consistent with what the description says with respect to the hold and is just as generic as all of the other clays I have tried which make the same claims.
