Great tool
This book has changed so much for me. I always struggled with consistency and wondering what to do next. I like that everything is laid out, easy to follow, and gradually builds on itself. I have completed week 4 and seeing more definition in muscles. I have never been so excited to wake up and workout before. I am a working mom with a toddler, so this has been a great tol to help get me in shape. I have not had this much energy in years!!

Losing has never been easier!
This book is chock full of exercise and diet tips for beginners to people who are well versed in weight loss, nutrition and diet!It is an easy read and I am v actually enjoying it.So far I have lost 28 pounds and my hubby has lost 16 pounds!

Good information Bad layout
This is overall a great book but hard to follow. For example, the daily exercises should be in a list format so it’s easier to follow. Also, they should have the page number next to them for reference since all the exercises are in the back of the book. I’m only on week 1 but it’s frustrating to follow.

Just what I was looking for
All my life Iâve had trouble gaining weight. (Haters donât hate because itâs horrible but read on to see me at other end lol). This has been harder than if I were overweight and needed to lose. I even had a prescription med from a doctor to gain weight. That stuff worked. I gained 30 pounds in 5 weeks. But after stopping it, I lost. Anyway, I would go to gym and do weights and drink protein drinks with carbs. Muscle weighs more than fat they say. Iâve always eaten healthy but also ate lots of banana splits. I gave up. So once dr prescribed Lyrica for my arthritis pain and fibromyalgia, I gained about 40-45 pounds in about 5 weeks. I was around 98 and would lose to 94. I gained to 145-150 pounds. Iâm 5â3â in height. So now Iâm looking better but I have belly fat. People think Iâm just right but I guess I see it myself when naked. Itâs drastic after always being so small and especially gaining so fast. Good thing is how great my ass is after doing weights lol. But now thereâs cellulite. My gosh, why is it impossible for a woman to lose that crap in belly?! So now I needed a good reference as to what foods to eat and how much. Thatâs my biggest problem. This book is great! It has meal plans and options. And proportions. And exercises. Some with weights but all of it can be done at home and it takes no time at all much. It tells how much and how long of it all and what muscles it works on. This is perfect for my needs. If you are a beginner you may want to reduce weight amount or repetitions and if a pro then increase here or there. I recommend this book to anyone.

This was quite predictable. I was hoping for ideas on creating routines, especially with resistance bands. Not much on the bands. Plenty of exercises, but I can get that from Pinterest. What I wanted was a better idea as to what exercises to do when.
