Delightful story and illustrations based upon a real event.
This story from a real event is related simply in a delightful way to entertain very young children (3,4) and interest slightly older ones (5,6). Other animals are drawn into the story, and the illustrations are beautiful. I wish we all knew a little owl like the Christmas Owl.

This book is perfect for children. The text is well written, the message is heartwarming, and the illustrations are beautiful! Since it is based on a true story, I was able to increase my grandchildrenâs knowledge by doing some extensions on animal rescue facilities. Highly recommend!
