This book itself is not thick or heavy and goes into full detail of every muscle / ligament / joint in the body it also covers which origin, insertion, action, nerve, basic functional movements each one does. To add they’ve also included what kind of stretching or exercise movements will help stretch and strengthen those muscles.Each muscle group goes into full detail fully describing exact locations of muscle attachment to bone which flexes which way etc. Again this book is absolutely Amazing!
