    Pamphlet
    First off, this is not a book, it’s almost a pamphlet. It is very thin. Secondly, it says 1800 days of recipes but that does not mean 1800 days of meal planning. There are actually 4 weeks of meal plans. There are 12 breakfast, 10 poultry, 6 red meat & pork, 8 fish & seafood, 8 vegetarian sides & soups, 6 salads, 10 snacks & desserts and 6 protein drink recipes. I guess the 1800 days come from you making your own combinations. I do like that there are a lot of color pictures for about 75% of the recipes. The quality was not what I was expecting, however and I did not find most of the recipes appealing so it just didn’t work for me.

A professional edit and format could really improve this offering. The recipes in paragraphs in the front are unstructured and hard to follow and don’t refer to the traditional recipes in the second part of the book, though they should. On the other hand, the traditional recipes in the second part of the book are well-written and easy to follow, with gorgeous colour photos. However, there are many pages that have just a single line left over from the last page. Seems like a good start and just needs more development.
