The Complete High-Protein Low-Carb Cookbook for Beginners explains the benefits of changing your diet to High-Protein Low-Carb. I learned how protein supports our bodiesâcritical elements to getting started on this diet transformation. The meal plan is nice to help get you moving in the right direction. I substituted what I wouldnât say I liked to eat with what I did like to eat. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I think pictures for each recipe would have been helpful.
