Wish I had this book in college!
Saw this in a bookstore a while ago and decided to get it after I couldn’t find it in the store any more. It offers a great reference for anyone interested in learning the basics on a LOT of different training programs that are out there. From isometric training to highly periodized programs out there, this book seems to cover almost everything I’ve come across, plus other stuff I may have heard of but haven’t researched it fully. Its a great ‘Cliffs Notes’ resource on many training programs, to wrap it up into one statement. Fitness trainers, strength coaches, sports coaches who design team training or individual training plans, its a great book for you and worth the money to get.
