This book has a lot of good information. However, there is an entire page missing. She tells us what not to eat and then says “now wat we can eat” and it goes to the chapter review. There are spelling errors, incomplete sentences and sentences that have too many words in them that make them not make sense. Towards the end it looks like they rushed to finish it and it is very sloppy. I would love to see the page “what we can eat”.

Like many people, I have seen fad diets come and go. I downloaded this book wanting to know more about the keto diet my cousin was touting as his answer to weight loss for him. I wanted to learn more about the science behind the diet. I think this book is easily understood and well written. I don’t know if it is the answer for everyone. I like the inclusion of both information and recipes. I don’t know if sticking to a certain diet is the answer. Each to his or her own. I would follow guidelines your doctor recommends. After reading this reasonably priced book, I decided that for me a simpler diet With a wide range of healthy foods and exercise is good for me. I still like to count calories and stay active. Works for me. This book is interesting nonetheless.
