Creative!
We love legos here! But sometimes there is a struggle with my son to create. This book has been great for him, as heâs had so many more ideas and plans of what to create and how to make it. Fun for all ages!

Must have for the Lego lover
This book is very popular with my kids, boys and girls alike are intrigued by the creative uses for pieces that were once deemed with a very specific purpose. Example: A ski pole becomes a cross for the steeple of a church in the town they build.That being said, I have a son (age 7) who is disappointed that there were no step by step instructions at the beginning to get you started with your journey on creative brick reuse. After flipping through the book several times, including a 15 hour car ride, he became confident enough to attempt some of the builds on his own. After doing this for a time he is now feeling empowered enough to do his own builds inspired by the pages of this book.Instead of thinking of it as instructions, think of it as a general map to get your started.Would also make a really neat coffee table book!

Do it yourself
Purchased expecting there to be step by step instructions on how to build the suggested items/figures, but it was just pages of different ideas of things to build but you had to figure it out. I was just expecting something more detailed but that was my mistake. The book is definitely nicely made and has great ideas in it but if you’re looking for a step by step book this is not the book for you. I would recommend purchasing this book if you like the challenge of building things on your own.

Great gift for an active lego fan
Gifted this book to a 6 year old prior to shool vacation. She loves it. The book gives her ideas and she builds items based on photos or if she’s inspired to build something else, she does.

It really is just an ideas book- no instructions included
Returned. Bought is to use with a 1500 piece general Lego set that includes minimal building/projects to build. This is just a lot of pictures- ideas⦠an older kid or adult could pull it together but this does not work for a self-directed 5 year old who build 8 year old specific sets all the time. And after reading the reviews for the Built It lego book series, they arenât the answer either. Very frustrating⦠went to our local Legoland store. The sales clerk confirmed that what we want can be found free on the internet. We will lookâ¦

Book is written in good enough way to interest creative mind of a 8 years boy who loves constructing thins from Lego! It gave him more ideas…definitely value for money!

Anleitungen fehlen komplett nur Bilder, dazu braucht man gefühlt für jede Idee ein komplett neues Set weil nie alle Steine dafür vorhanden sind. Unbrauchbar.
