    Great book! I felt like I was talking to a very good friend, who is sharing his experience and insight and giving me useful tips on how to achieve enlightenment for myself as well. It is an easy read and easy to follow. The questions make you think and really read the book. The music recommendations were all phenomenal and worked very well on my path. I also liked to have my books signed by the author if possible- and I am very happy to say that the author was extremely accommodating. Thank you again!

    I like the author’s ideas and his new Higher Consciousness Meditation technique. It shifted my perspective on mediation and related subjects. It’s an easy, fun read, unlike some other meditation books that are somewhat ponderous. And his personal story is quite interesting and inspiring.

    This easy to read book gives a crisp review of the author’s meditation methods going into a fifth dimension. It is relatable to someone like me that is inexperienced in this area. Citing material from some of the great teachers such as Jesus, Buddha, and Lao Tsu brings a connectivity for those of varied backgrounds.References to his own journey leading to his more elevated state of consciousness today make this a personal story wellworth a read.Review by Kirby K

    Won’t teach you to meditate
    Really great summary of meditation’s benefits, with references.Well written, too.But the real purpose of meditation, of course, is spiritual enlightenment.I bought the book because it *seems* to have a chapter on his Higher Consciousness Meditation.But it didn’t tell me anything at all about how to do that.I told me how great the practice was, and discussed more benefits.If you’re looking for reference material, this is a great book.If you want to learn a practice, you need his more expensive book,or find another source.(He’s supposed to have an HCM teaching session at the start of the month. Signed up for it, but haven’t seen an anouncement yet…)

Also spent a quite lot of time discussing the “HOW TO” of this task.As an added bonus at the end of every chapter are questions about individuals experience with either details of experiencing or thoughts on topics covered within chapter.Enjoyed this book

    As an author of 7 books, I know how hard it is to write a thoughtful and well researched book. Additionally, I feel that a truly important book needs to be a teaching document to broaden its reader’s understanding of the book’s topic. Blair’s new book meets all my criteria of what is needed to be a truly important book. I am better off having read this book and am sure that other readers will feel the same.Vic Johnson
