There are some gems for sure, but also vague generalizations
For the most part the book gives solid advice but the author makes statements that can’t be substantiated by science or best practices that are really opinion than a real actionable strategy. It’s ok to have opinions but when you mix them with researched information and don’t really parse the information it gets confusing. I also don’t believe in the this idea that we take responsibility for everything that happens to us in our lives, personally I think that’s crazy and irresponsible if that were the case there be no need for lawsuits cause there’d be no “victim” cause everyone is responsible for what happens to them even if they had no control over it.
