Good information – Worth the price for black and white copy???
I haven’t dove too deep into the recipes as of yet but I will say I was disappointed to see the book is in black and white. To me, recipe photos should be in colour so you can see all of the different elements come together and visualize how good I may be (especially for someone who may be struggling with sticking to a healthy lifestyle.) It should have been half the price, but it appears they cut costs to make it cheap and earn more of a profit which is why I took off a star.With that said, the book does seem to have a lot of great information in it. A lot of descriptions/definitions of nutrient items and how the different food categories benefit your body when used properly. I have been on a weight loss journey for months now and I’m less than 20 to my goal following my own good eating habits and years of research and knowledge to get it done right and get it done long term. I bought this more as a tool based on pure curiosity because of Dr. Now and what recipes I could add to my wheelhouse. Now that I have the book, I am excited to read all the information that is provided along with the recipes.

Easy to make recipes
Although the recipes are easy to make with fairly common ingredients, I don’t think the nutrition count is totally accurate without measuring in grams. I’m on day 8 and have lost 1-1/2 lbs., but I have also added a low-calorie side with a few things. Day 8 menu calls for Spinach and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken breast for dinner @400 calories per the menu. I couldn’t find it and came across it in the lunch section @300 calories.

The print quality is poor, but it doesn’t bother me, because it’s ecological.It bothers me that the shopping list (pdf) does not contain the quantity/number of items, only a rather imprecise listing.A kind of trap for the customer is an attempt to force positive comments about the purchase, which (as the correspondence suggests) will allow us to receive the subject of the purchase – the plan and the list (digital). This is unfair. Fortunately, contrary to the content of the email, you can download the materials and only after reading them make an assessment.The whole thing is very ordinary. The transaction and shipment are fast and efficient.
