    Extremely Informative and Easy Read
    So I seen this “Personal Trainer to the Stars & Celebrities” infomercial online, where he talks about: “Stop Doing Cardio”, and “You CAN Eat Carbs and Still Have Abs!” I was curious!!! So, I watched the infomercial. What I found was that it was all about doing more HIIT exercises and Carb Cycling. I didn’t have the money to buy his program, so I didn’t get it. BUT I wanted to find out more about carb cycling, and that’s why I bought this book.This is a no-nonsense, easy to read book and not trying to sell me on the latest new fad diet. It really is just the science of carb cycling, along with case studies, some meal planning, how to stay motivated, and MORE. If you want to learn more about carb cycling, this book is a MUST READ.
