One of the most beautiful books I have!
Hi! I have been studying Yoga for many, many years. And I love storytelling. I am fascinated by Hindu literature, from Vedic to Puranic to Itihasa like Ramayan and Mahabharat.
This book is a great resource for Yoga students and teachers as well. It explores the origins of certain asanas, and narrates the stories behind them. I also enjoyed the interpretation of each story given by the author and how we can relate the story to learn about ourselves, life, relationships and the Divine.
The graphics are beautiful! The quality of the book is excellent. The presentation is divine. I truly recommend this book for those who want to explore Yoga Asanas a little further, to relate with the poses in a deeper meaning.
