I had a book for a weight loss diet 20 yrs ago, it was good, but didn’t take into consideration left over ingredients and there was a lot of waste. It also left me feeling very hungry so I needed willpower. This book is amazing. It gives you a weekly shopping list. The meals are lovely and when ½ an ingredient or meal is used on one day, you’ll find the other half on another day. So nothing is wasted. After each meal I feel comfortably full, which lasts well up to the next meal. I have a lot more energy now and look forward to every meal. My daughter wanted to lose weight ,so I bought the book for her too.
