I use everyday
I use them daily they stay in place for the most part and work well when new. They do stretch out after some time and I will be ordering a replacement set but I guess any material that you use every day will start to lose resistance and have to be replaced. Good value for the price.

These Theraband resistance bands aren’t very substantial. I’ve broken two of these without much effort. The Theraband material I got from my PT lasted much longer before these bands.

12 days old and one just broke
I purchased a brand of these after having purchased another companies. I use the longer band for upper body and they have lasted forever. The other companies 12 ” loops broke one after another . So I went with the thermaband thinking I would get good results . Well the dark blue ( which i use for leg stretches ) after just 12 days broke. It was the only one that offered some degree of resistance . The other three in the set were too mild to be of any use . Very disappointing. Any one out there having any success with some other set or brand ?
