Good for PT exercises post surgery
Just the right size and material. Good for all of my exercises for rehab. When having having to inflate the ball, however, you have to be really quick about pulling out the straw and inserting the plug to seal the hole. Otherwise the ball will deflate.

The Design makes for a very comfortable fit .
I was very happy with the front and back panel design. It gave a proper fit for the shoulder, collar bone and shoulder blade areas. Including a snug fit on the front shoulder and chest area alongside arm pit. Very comfortable once applied but extention of the Velcro strap. Would make it much easier to put properly in place alone.

The ball was bigger than I wanted and bigger than I expected it to be. But the material it is made of is excellent quality. I just didnât pump it all the way up so I can still use it for my purposes.
