Love:- Hair and nails are strong and thick- Skin has been nicely glow since starting these- Noticeably more mentally clear with more energy when I take these vs when I skip doses- No vitamin burpsDislike:- Can only take them at night otherwise I get super nauseous. However since switching to night I noticed morning sickness was a lot more bare able.- constipation! Highly recommend this prenatal. I already trust Thorne for their supplements as the market is so saturated so I knew I could trust their prenatals. I started using a few months before getting pregnant and itâs been smooth sailing. Iâm currently 6.5 months and not sure if itâs thanks to these or not but I never really got sick, all my labs have looked great and baby has been growing healthy. It has everything you need in a prenatal, I just took an additional fish oil and a mineral drink supplement to add to the necessary needs. If youâre looking at different prenatal options, Iâd stop looking and trust Thorne.- though I will add that you need to take it with food if youâre already pregnant and depending on your sensitivity pregnant, swallowing pills is rough if your smell is super heightened so thatâs the only downside.

I noticed my sling is glowing, my nails are stronger and my hair is becoming thicker. Although itâs a bit more expensive than most popular brands, it is still worth buying it. Also it does not upset your stomach which is a huge plus.

PILLS HAD BLACK MOLD – SEVERE STOMACH PAIN
After my first bottle of Thorne Prenatal I thought I had found a new brand that I really liked. Went ahead and ordered my second bottle and during the first week I was having severe stomach pains and feeling very sick. It took me a few weeks to even consider that it was this vitamin as I didn’t have any issues with the first bottle. Once I started to really think about what could be causing me sickness I went to google more about this product and learned other women were having similar issues and also reporting mold in the pill. Sure enough I look at my pills closely and there are specs of black mold. **Have also learned that this prenatal tests Positive for Arsenic, Cadmium, & Lead. ****

Love the ingredients but I cannot stand the smell
I love the ingredients in this prenatal, I love the company and I love how ‘clean’ these are. However… I cannot stomach the smell anymore. Im still in my pre conception phase and am already struggling with the smell =(. I don’t have a queazy stomach and am not usually sensitive to smells (as a nurse, I don’t even notice most smells anymore!) and yet I struggle daily trying to take them. As soon as you open the bottle, the smell of ground up vitamins hits (HARD), you smell/ taste it going down and for a while after. I’ll be switching to the Nordic Naturals prenatal. I will say the nordic naturals has a higher choline content which I’m happy about. I’ve used their Omegas for a while and have not had any issues.

This prenatal multi is great! No GI upset and only 3 reasonably sized capsules to take daily. I love everything about this prenatal as it has the correct doses of vitamins/minerals whereas most of the other more well-known prenatals donât. It is just missing vitamin K2 but itâs easy enough to take it separately.
