Overpriced and company is unreliable…
They’ll probably be out of business soon so buyer beware. The scent is fine (Frasier Fir) but the unit itself could use a lot of work. It’s ugly and has way too many lights on it.I order some extra scents directly from them but almost immediately regretted it. I never received an order confirmation despite being charged immediately. Had to file a complaint with paypal to get their attention because you can’t get direct support through their website. They’re also spamming me with emails and offers.There are several complaints about them on the BBB website. Not a good company probably run by one or two people.I’ll use the new scents when they arrive but once they’re all out, this thing goes in the trash as I don’t want to give this sketchy company any business.

My favorite scent and I love not having to worry about turning it off and on or leaving it lit. It was a little complicated to get connected to wifi and stay connected but eventually got it figured out. would make a great gift as I bought 4 for presents already. Just wouldn’t recommend purchasing for technically challenged or older people. Great product and has great reputation so would not hesitate to but again in the future

Great Product! Fragrance exactly like Thymes Candles
Iâve been very pleased with this purchase. The scent is spot on and seems to last even longer than other Pura scent vials that I have purchased. Ambient nightlight works great for me. Disappointed newest V4 of the Pura Diffuser doesnât have this ability (just on or off). This alone makes the V3 (this product) the one to buy. Highly recommend!

Loved the unit and smell. It came with 2 bottles of scent but one had leaked out. I contacted the seller but received no response. I did order a refill from the Pura company website.

Love my Pura!
Highly recommend owning a Pura or two! I love this scent the best for winter. I have two at opposite ends of a big open space of 2 rooms together. I love that you can set a timer for it to only be on when you are home.
