Great value for the cost
I have purchased ab wheels before but at this price, this is the best value. The previous one I bought had an assistance pull that would help you return to the neutral position. This one doesnât so be aware that this is a more advanced ab wheel.It also comes with push up bars, grip strengtheners and jump rope all functional quality. I havenât tested for maximum weight (if you are overweight please do some additional research) or anything but for someone of average size it works great.

After I purchased the product I was a little skeptical in regards to the stability and strength of the push up bars since they are plastic as I waited for the product to arrive.Once I received it, I started to test the quality the push up bars and the ab wheel. To my pleasant surprise the push up bars, albeit plastic, are extremely stable and stay planted in their place during push ups. The ab roller wheel is fantastic. Metal bar 2 wheels, handles and no gimmicks.It’s the basic stuff you need to do ab wheelies and push ups. The padding is comfortable and all you’ll need. The rest of the stuff like the jump rope just sweeten the deal. I recommend it!

Ok bargain set, expect mediocre quality
The set is…ok. the wheel is pretty nice, but it was difficult to assemble as the grips were a poor fit for the bar.The knee pad is extremely thin but has been ok so far.The hand grip material is thin, and loose, I’ve had a lot of difficulty using it without it slipping out of my hand. I suspect within a week or two of use the padding will rip and it will be unusable.Likewise, the padding for the push up bars is extremely thin, I can very much feel the bar through it, and I personally found it extremely uncomfortable to use.The jump rope comes with a paper indicating that it can be tricky to adjust, and would come with spare parts in case you broke it. There were no spare parts.The box also wasn’t in great shape and looked like it had potentially been opened and re sealed, but I can’t tell if that’s a product or shipping issue.All in all, for a cheap price, there’s value here, but don’t expect much. If I could do it all again I’d probably return it and get something nicer.

Great wheel, and then some…
Originally looking for a wheel, but this offered much more. The real value is that I didnât have a need for the other items yet consistently use them. Specifically the push up bars and hand gripper (and the only reason I donât use the jump rope is Iâve had a good quality one for years, otherwise Iâd use that too). Back to the roller wheel, tip-top mate. Not rocket science putting this together, and sure itâs plastics but solid construction and feels stable. What a deal!
