Update, company replaced them and both of them work fine.Well, one worked exactly as it shouldâ¦â¦ the second one seems to be defective. Filled both according to instructions.

Small and nice
These are pretty good lighters. They are small, easy to use, and at not too bad of a price. My biggest gripe is that they kind of eat fuel if you don’t set them to their smaller flame settings, but it’s not bad as the fuel isn’t expensive and the lighter can hold a fair bit. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice lighter to get for Paracord and basically anything in the outdoors.

Unreliable Junk
I purchased these lighters because they reminded me of a windproof lighter I first bought 25 years ago. That lighter lit every time in all sorts of conditions and was completely reliable. These these match that item in superficial appearance only. They consist of a rubbery case which gives the impression of ruggedness but the removable lighter component is cheap and poorly finished. After filling with butane fuel, they each lit on one of five tries which is poor, but after sitting for several days they would not light at all. A quality fire lighter is a critical piece of hiking or camping gear and these are junk cannot be trusted. I am throwing them in the trash less they give me or someone else in the family the impression that they have a useful lighter. You’d be better off with a disposable lighter from a gas station.

Worked great for a couple months but doesnât spark now
Worked great until the spark stoped sparking now I just have to use a lighter to light it but other then that it has been great itâs Farley easy to refill but I do find it a bit inconvenient that you have to take off the cover on the bottom to fill.

I received a replacement and to make the playing field equal I got a new butane to go with the replacement lighters. Upon receiving the new lighters I tried filling them with my old can with no success. I then used the new can same issue. After having an adapter that comes on the cans it worked. I genuinely now know it was a user error on my end as I donât smoke. 10/10 they are great my husband loves them.

One appears DOA
I purchased two of these lighters. First, the instructions are printed on the box in the smallest possible print. I needed a magnifying glass to read them. Then, I got one lighter filled and at first it didn’t seem to work but then it worked if I held it upside down. Eventually, it appears to be working properly. So far, the second one isn’t working at all. I’ve filled both of them and set the valve similarly on each. Ok. This is about two hours later. Still one working and one not. the bad one spits out butane when I click the activator but nothing ignites it. No spark.
