Great ball for exercise and physical therapy.
Iâm doing physical therapy for the first time and needed a ball. This one caught my eye because of its size, the included pump and the fact that it held air well. All of this is true. Itâs helped my exercises at home in between therapy sessions.

This is a well made ball. I used it for pelvic floor exercises. It come with an air pump, which is a plus. I have yet to reinflate, it hold the air after 2 months of squeezing. The price was inexpensive.

Great little Barre ball
This ball is great, is a thick material, and inflates easily. However, you have to blow it up with a little straw provided which can be very difficult to fill to capacity. I had to have my husband use his strong lungs because I just wasn’t able to get it blown up enough. Not to mention the comical juggling act of trying to get the straw out with out losing air in order to get the plug in. Other than that, it’s not sticky, solid and is working out great for my Barre exercises.

I bought this for the beachbody program “4 weeks for every body” because I did not have a pilates ball. You can buy the specific beachbody ball off Amazon but I wanted a ball with a pump. Inevitably the ball will likely need more air, or if I want to travel with it I will need to deflate, so having a pump was a must. Did my research and found this brand had great reviews.I love it!Easy to use. Very lightweight. Kind of sticky so be careful putting on shelves where paint might come off. I have a little paint spot left on it now. I know some balls can have a smell but I haven’t noticed any.It’s held up how much air I pumped into it so far for a couple weeks.It also came with a mini book of exercises which was a surprise, definitely worth the price.

Be Mindful of Where You Store It
The ball is as expected and easy to inflate. Fits my need for a ball to use for PT exercises.Major problem is thatâs its surface is sticky. I put it on my end table over night and it stuck to the wood. When I pealed it off, the finish came with itâ¦I was not pleased! Had to use Old English Polish to restore the spot on the table.

Als Zubehör werden 2 Röhrchen zum Aufblasen sowie drei Stöpsel und ein Werkzeug, mit dem der Stöpsel leicht aus dem aufgeblasenen Ball entfernt werden kann, mitgeliefert.Gleich vorweg: Der Ball riecht auch neu nicht unangenehm sondern recht neutral (im Gegensatz zu Bällen manch anderer Hersteller) und das verwendete Material wirkt hochwertig.Mit dem mitgelieferten Röhrchen lässt sich der Ball leicht aufblasen. Wenn man das Röhrchen raus zieht muss der Stöpsel schnell eingesteckt werden, da Luft gleich entweicht. Daher muss man immer ein bisschen fester aufblasen, als man den Ball dann eigentlich möchte, das ist aber kein Problem und geht sehr einfach.Für meine Fitnessübungen ist der Ball perfekt, er hält auch mein volles Gewicht von 90 kg leicht aus, ohne merkbar Luft zu verlieren oder gar zu platzen.Ich kann den Ball jedenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen und für den Preis von rund 11 Euro macht man jedenfalls nichts verkehrt. Ich würde sogar sagen, dass es der Ball leicht mit wesentlich teureren Bällen anderer Hersteller aufnehmen kann.
