Life saver for my back.
Man, I knew my back was bad but this product really drove it home! It’s helped my back a lot. Comfortable foam on the outside and very firm center cylinder, I don’t think it will every break down or bend. Very nice product.

Hard and soft in all the perfect ways. I spend 30 minutes rolling and it has made the biggest difference in my tight muscles. These are the ones my Pilates club uses and I was pleasantly surprised to see them for $30. Very well worth the money!

That’s how my back sounded when I used this the first time.I purchased this to replace one of the cheapo rollers another reviewer recommended instead of this. I don’t know where the guy found one for $10, but it isn’t at a shop located in reality. Granted, I got two years of multiple daily use before I murdered my old roller, but this Trigger Point is about the same price after tax and that makes it a very good deal.I ordered black because I don’t want a roller that slowly turns disgusting after using it for a while. Orange looks pretty, but it’ll look like a homeless CalTrans worker in a month.The Trigger Point roller has made me an enthusiast once again of self-massage, er… rolling? As a bigger guy, I appreciate the rigidity of the inner tube and using this hurts about as much as the foam roller did when I first started using it. This provides a very deep massage and the foam covering seems to be fairly resilient. Just be careful what you pack it against: some dents from smashing against my running shoes took a long time to come out.For the different zones of massage, I can’t say that it has any functional benefit. I can certainly feel a difference in density with my fingers, but when I’m rolling out my quads or ITB, I’m not sold. This is probably because my quads come from a decade of strength training and running. That’s not to say I don’t like it: the ribs and knobs provide good traction when using on a hard wood floor: after rocking on one knot for a while, my old foam roller would smash down a bit and just kind of skid. The Trigger Point grabs and rolls like an off-road tire.The size is also adequate. As in VERY adequate. Some people have said it’s too small to roll the entire back at once. I don’t have this problem, which is remarkable since I have to go through some doors at an angle because my shoulders are so broad. I can also get both of my hamstrings simultaneously. This has me wondering if some of the negative reviewers actually tried it out before reviewing.Now for the best feature: packability. I travel a lot for work and hated looking like a dork when getting out of a cab in front of a hotel, loading up my luggage, and checking in with a big foam pool noodle under my arm. The Trigger Point is short enough to easily fit in my carry-on duffle, and because it’s hollow, it really doesn’t take up much room. That, hands-down, would make up for any problems I could have with it not being long enough, which it totally is.Buy this if you know what’s good for you.

Golly, I’m finally of an age to be excited by a foam roller review. Ok, so I now own more foam rollers than most gyms. All have their special uses, none are a jack of all trades. Sorry, if that’s what you’re looking for, you won’t find it. What you will find is that this is the best all around tool for your BACK. Don’t be intimidated by the “trigger point” namesake. This is actually quite bit gentler than the cheap standard foam rollers you see everywhere (if you happen to be in the market for more deep tissue kind, look at chirp wheel kind among others). So much so, this doesn’t require any warm up stretching or activity. You can (and I do) literally get up first thing in the morning, go pee, then get on this thing, work out your back kinks, then go about the rest of your day. Same thing at night, I recommend this to be the last thing you do during the day before you roll into bed. Don’t be lazy, if you had bad posture earlier, your back won’t magically snap into alignment overnight, quite the opposite: you’ll just wake up stiff and sore. Everything about this thing is “just right”. Enough pressure, non slip and won’t pop out from under you like others. Perfectly sized, almost travel worthy. Ok you can stop reading now, this is a good buy, period. end of story

Llevamos poco utilizándolo pero hasta el momento muy bien es muy fácil de utilizar y además es más flexible que el anterior que compramos. Lo recomiendo.
