This foam roller is amazing for post workout. Itâs durable and sturdy so you can tell itâll be up for the task for a while. This was a great value. Small and light enough to bring anywhere but not too small for it to be in effective.

Wish I bought it sooner!
I love this foam roller so much. The color is easy on the eyes and itâs firm but not too tough on my muscles. Itâs perfect for helping me roll my back and cracking anything that feels tight. It also helps massage my calves after a long day of work. It works
When I first used this foam roller, it HURT. I was so incredibly tense in my legs from running that I couldnât bare to roll for more than 30 seconds in one spot like my calves and especially the IT band. After a while of using it, i almost wish I had gotten a firmer one. It feels so amazing to roll out after a long run, and loosen up those muscles. They heal much faster now.Lastly, if you suffer from âlazy bumâ like me, where your hips hurt from sitting all day and then going on a run, rolling out your glutes with this tool absolutely helps. It activates the muscle.I would recommend this 100%, I love the grids.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my teen athlete and he loves it. He says itâs better than the ones available to him at the gym and PT and heâs using it regularly. Itâs nice and compact and very high quality. He even said this was one of his favorite (of many) Christmas gifts.
