Perfect foe travel
I have a larger foam roller for home, but I was going to travel for 3 weeks and needed to roll out my aches and paines while traveling. This roller is small, but dies the job. The best thing is that it doesn’t take up too much space in my suitcase, and it is hollow, so you can stuff socks or whatever, so you don’t lose valuable packing space!I will be taking it woth me on all of my travels!

Works at least as good for my back as bigger foam roller
Iâve used a large foam roller for my back for many years, and I have a somewhat smaller one (but still big) for traveling.I decided to try this since itâs smaller and hollow. Not only will it take up less space in a suitcase, but I think it actually works better than the softer foam!

Works well but very small
This roller works well but very small! It is pictured next to my other foam roller. I am 5â6 and 110 lbs and I have to keep recentering myself so I donât fall off!

This is really useful for travel or at home after workouts. It hurts in a good way. I had purchased a foam roller in the past which was too squishy but this is just right.

Love TriggerPoint Rollers
My wife and I have a trip coming up that will require a lot of walking, and we purchased this to bring with us. I have owned the larger (full size?) version of this foam roller for at least 8 years and won’t purchase another foam roller. It is by far the best foam roller on the market and has lasted many years.

Exactly what I wanted
I wasn’t sure if the quality and functionality of this foam roller would be compromised being that it’s smaller than a regular roller. I’m happy to report that it’s just as good. I packed it for a recent trip, and my wife and I have been using it in our hotel room everyday. I actually like it a bit more than the regular sized one we have at home because you can more effectively roll certain muscles due to the smaller diameter. Great buy! Super happy with this and will take it everywhere with us from now on.

Itâs hollow in the middle
Which means that I can put small items, even fragile items in there to protect them during travel. The roller is smaller than the full foam rollers, but it is considerably firmer, perhaps harder is the word, than the foam rollers. I use it to roll my back out and it clearly is not as comfortable as a full foam roller, but itâs a pretty decent substitute during travel.

Perfect size for travel. Stout construction but lacks trigger point stimulation. Quality is good. I prefer lots of trigger point nubs to smooth rollers.
