So this ball has been a game changer, being 26 weeks pregnant with pelvis and hip issues a very common issue for us pregnant women, researching what can ease the pain and running into this ball and it actually works wow, like this has actually made life alot easier, wish I would have found sooner, it relieves my pain almost instantly, I spend about 10 minutes at time and use about 4 times a day or when needed it really works. The ball is very very durable I feel safe on it , it was fairly easy to air up, it took us about 10 minutes. I also love the addition of the bottle which I tested and mine work perfectly it didn’t leak!!!! This ball is exactly what I needed. I am 30 weeks pregnant. 5’2 147lbs and I ordered the medium ball. It is a perfect fit!!Ball feels very durable made from a good, strong material. It even came with a foot pump so I didn’t have to go buy that in order to use it. Since a pump never crossed my mind I’m glad they sent one with it. I was able to use that ball right away!!It also came with a peri bottle that has a hard plastic tip, a tape that I am using to measure my belly and a yoga band which has been extremely helpful In getting a good deep hamstring stretch since my big belly limits this now lol.In all I am happy with purchase and will be using this the remainder of my pregnancy and to help me deliver my lo.

So Iâve only had the ball for a day but so far itâs very sturdy and the material is great. I have pets and the fur has yet to stick! That is a huge plus! Pumping it up was easy, it did take me some time since I had to keep taking breaks, I have a lot of leg pain. I really like that it comes with a poster of exercises. Iâm in my 3rd trimester and Iâm excited to use it.

Iâm 36 weeks pregnant and am loving this ball. I have been using it to work out as well as sit and Organize baby things, fold laundry, and just sit to take a rest. Much more comfortable than sitting in a chair! The socks it comes with are super cute too! The only downside is my dog popped the first one (keep pets away), but I loved it so much I ordered a new one. This is a must have during pregnancy, esp the final weeks.

It was great- until it doesn’t stay inflated. I was loving my ball and was looking forward to using it during my third trimester more. Now that I’m on it, I’m guessing there’s a hole or something on it and it stays inflated less than 24 hours. Can’t really use it anymore. I’ve only gained about 20 pounds and I’m 4’11 -well below the weight threshold. I’m pretty disappointed.EDIT: The manufacturers reached out to me and provided me with a new ball. Now that i’m on my last leg I’ve been able to use it and its been holding up wonderfully. Thank you!

Used this kit for 2 pregnancies. Amazing. Easy to pack and put away. Easy to blow up. Perry bottle is a must for labor! Exercise stuff was so helpful because its so hard to stretch properly when pregnant. Came with great instructions. It would make a nice gift to any pregnant lady! Cute little socks as a extra gift.

I used the ball every single day what really help my natural labour it also has some exercises if you want to follow .The peri peri bottle was a life saver after labour to clean the perineum, I only used water for 2weeks and no infections, but used the peri peri bottle religiously everytime I was going to the toilet.Totally recommend.

Considering the price this turned out to be a huge disappointment. Literally just sat on it and there is a massive puncture despite being used on a clear surface, so it can only be my normal weight thatâs caused it… donât bother wasting money on the promises made, just buy a standard cheap exercise ball for half the price!
