Fun kids book!
This book is so much fun! It has so many small sections that just peaked my interest and I will share a few of my favorites.The favorite story was probably about the man in the hamster ball. It is one of the first stories but so funny! One of the cool parts about it is that we may hear more about him in the future and he may try to make more adventures.Another good one was The Great Kentucky Meat Shower. It is actually something I had heard about before and listened to podcasts, but every story I read I always find new information! Such a fascinating story.I loved the medical mysteries section and also about pets. This book is just written incredibly well and kept my attention. The stories were very engaging and just so much fun to read. They had enough key information points and none of the fluff words to make stories longer. This would be a great book for younger kids to learn about different things. The cover is beautifully done and the graphics in the book are as well, they just add something fun for the stories. I think this book would be a great gift for younger kids to learn about several educational stories in such a fun way.

Fred Flynn was phenomenal in adding historical stories from different races, ages, gender, timelines, products, etc., making this book the perfect well-versed book for telling EVERY bodyâs incredible story. No need to pluck a flower saying to do or not to do, this book is so beautiful the only answer is to do.

I wanted to read this book before giving it to my pre-teen niece to make sure it was appropriate for her. What a pleasant surprise! Itâs a compilation of stories that are not only incredible, but also inspirational. Included are stories about heroes with handicaps, women innovators, African-American achievements, and origins of clever inventions. I enjoyed reading this book and even learned some things â I had several âwowâ moments. My niece became immersed in reading this as well â itâs an easy read and a break from the strain of homework assignments. Highly recommended!

I think this book is great! Itâs definitely geared towards kids – Iâd say itâs good for readers between 7 and 10. The stories are short and entertaining but it has some challenging words sprinkled throughout that can really challenge an early reader without tiring them out. I love that thereâs a mixture of purely interesting stories, like the meat rain or the origin story of chocolate chip cookies, and inspiring ones like the story of Togo or Yuri in the space race. Theyâre mixed together well enough to keep a young reader engaged and entertained. The drawings and illustrations inside are all cool too – it would probably be easy and fun to make this a read-and-color activity!The only issue I had is that there were some grammar errors. Lots of sentences start with conjunctions like âAndâ and âbutâ which I was always taught was a no-no. Then again, I know grammar rules keep changing so itâs not the biggest concern.Overall 4.5/5!
