Lost 23 lbs!!!
I bought Natalie’s book over 3 months ago. While I’m still new in applying her concept, her eatng concepts are so fantastic!!! I’m not a vegetarian nor do I follow some of the other techniques of her book. But applying her concept of eating ligth to heavy and combining certain foods and not combining other foods has totally changed my life!! I feel sooooo much better!! The energy level has dramatically risen. I bought a Breville Juicer so for breakfastes I have a fruit and veggie drink.. about a quart of each. Then for lunches I have a delicious avacodo salad with almond butter (which I make from almonds using my Vitamix) and jelly on top of my Kumut bread that I make… it’s sooo filling and soooo good!! Then I love her concept on dinners. I enjoy cooking and by applying her concepts I can eat whatever I want!!! Mind you… I don’t eat a steak everyday like I use to. But I now have 2-3 days where I go meatless…. then go 2-3 days with a seafood meal and I usually have a nice steak for a treat only once a week. While this may not be a perfect way of eating, it is much better then I use to do…. and I truly do feel so much better… and friends are noticing not only a difference in my weight… but also my complexion!! I highly recommend this book to anyone interested not on going on a diet… but to learn of a new way to eat each and every day!!!

Good Overview
Good overview of the Raw Food Lifestyle for people who have no experience or knowledge about that lifestyle. She explains the concepts of raw food living and then gives you a 21 day plan to follow with recipes, ideas and a website to get other recipes and ideas. I found it easy to understand and follow. She eases you into raw food living without a radical drastic change. I live in a small town so it was nice to have alternatives for harder to find foods, but for the most part everything was easy to locate or order on the internet. She also provided ways to accomplish raw food living if you are financially challenged. Anyone can do this and you feel so much more energy almost immediately. I highly recommend.

Great lifestyle!
I really liked this book. Natalia talks about natural, whole foods like fruits and vegetables having various “energy levels” and frequencies, along with food combining rules to help the body “eliminate” more efficiently. I get it, but I can see the “Life force energy” thing being a bit “out-there” for some people. The author also includes deep-breathing exercises, the idea of releasing some of your emotional stressors and occasionally taking a break from mainstream media and excessive shopping. I don’t want to give the whole book away, but it was an enjoyable and fast reading experience for me. I read it twice. Half of the book is made up of recipes and a 21 day log book to document your own progress throughout your body transformation. I followed Natalia’s lifestyle for several weeks and noticed many positive changes! There are still many ideas I took from this book that I put into practice every day. I detoxed heavily (which was no fun by the way) in around four weeks; I have more energy and clarity with each passing day. I would recommend this lifestyle change to anyone. 🙂

Feel Great Look Great
I’ve wanted to develop a raw living lifestyle for the last 2 years, but was a bit turned off by the expensive ‘tools’ required to do so. I gave this book 5 stars just because I did not need a Vita-Mix to make alot of these very tasty recipies. I’ve had an opportunity to make several of the recipies. I enjoyed all of the elixirs (my favorite is the Life Force Power-Ade), the Raw Cream of Tomato Soup, Sushi to Impress, the Tacos, and No-Fry Stir-Fry, just to name a few. She also presented delicious cooked vetegarian recipies that I loved. The first week I felt better than I’ve felt in a long time. I had great energy and mental clarity. The recipies are number one in my book. As I began to make the recipies, I found myself substituting and creating my own special dishes. That is certainly a plus!The principles she listed about eating raw were good information. Some of the infomration I was already familiar with knew but it was good to review. The body rebuilding plan was a very helpful guide, although I must admit that I did not complete the 21 day plan. Not that it was hard, I just fell off the wagon so to speak. The great thing about all of this is that you don’t beat yourself up about it. You just keep getting back on the horse until it becomes a consistent habit.Either way, the book is a great resource guide I use to help me get back on track and to be creative in eating well.

This is the best raw food book available. It is a great book for people just starting out in the raw lifestyle, also. It is also great for anyone who just wants to learn the benefit of adding just some of these great foods to their diet. I learned so much and feel better than ever!! It is truly such a healthy way to live! Reading this book is the best thing I could have ever done for my health! I highly recommend this book!

Great Resource
After looking into several different books regarding the Raw Food diet, it was recommended to me that I check out Natalia Rose’s books and this one is great! Recipes, tips, a transition plan for those just starting, and more on life force energy and what we need to do to boost it, more so than just our diets. This is an excellent resource to pair with other books and online resources, whether you’re new to raw food or have been in the know for years.

Easy, Tasty
Just try it! I was not a big fan of Rose’s previous book, but this one worked for me. I gamely decided to just try her 21 day plan and see what happened. The food was easy to prepare, and, for the most part, tasted good. I passed on the dry brushing and colon cleansing, but the diet alone made a big difference.Be sure to get yourself a good juicer before starting.
