Good kit, soft brush, smells good.
For now, the shampoo/conditioner are nice but don’t really have a smell but lather up well so they’ll last a while. Both the oil and the balm have a nice citrus smell. The box with the oil actually has two vials. The brush is super soft. I bought this for grooming, not growing, so I have no expectations for that but will update if it’s favorable and will update in a week about if it helps make the beard softer.

Okay, I guess it does what it says.
Maybe Iâm a newbie at this whole beard thing but the parts that come in this set seem a bit excessive. This is just shy of a barbershop care kit, even has a scissors in it. The instructions say the wash should be 3 mins minimum, the moisturizing conditioner another 2 mins. The scent doesnât leave a stink, which is preferable to having a noticeable smell. My beard is on the wiry side, so the âsoftness,â if that is what this kit is supposed to help with remains to be desired. But what do I know? I do not see a difference. The oil is great, I like that. The brush and the comb I think I wonât need unless my beard is really long. In conclusion, I do not see a discernible difference to what I was already doing, which was nothing prior. This kit is designed for beard enthusiasts and probably geared for those with longer bushy beards. I can see that the oil does seem to be keeping me from experiencing the itch and dandruff thing that I keep hearing of. Honestly, as far as beard care I think I could have just done with the beard oil alone.

Now I like this set but when I got it, it did not come with the leave in conditioner which it was supposed to. I wish it came with the conditioner so I could see how it like after each use. Also, the set did come with everything else like it was supposed to, so that was plus. I wish the oil was scented like the beard balm, but even though it is not it still gets the job done. Now there is not any negative reviews about this product which means it must be a really good product. So far since I have used this product, my beard is really not as itchy as it used to be which is really amazing. The beard balm works really well too and gives the beard a nice texture. The scent of the balm, smells a little like fruity pebbles. Like seriously, they could have made it smell like Polo Ralph Lauren cologne instead of fruity pebbles besides Polo Ralph Lauren smells like a man not a kid. I like the kit as a whole because it is small and you can take it everywhere you go when you travel whether by a car or plane. Also, I wish the brush was softer but it still gets the job done. I have not used the comb yet, but after the reviews, I am pretty it is of a good use as well. Then the scissors, I do not know how to style beards, but I am sure they can be of good use when I learn how to style beards by like watching YouTube videos or something. The oil and beard balm, make my beard look shiny, soft, and shiny. I would definitely repurchase this kit for $16.99 off of Amazon. If you have a boyfriend or husband and coming from another manâs perspective, you should buy this for him as a gift and he will definitely love you even more. Out of all the reviews, this product is rated 4.5 starts out of 5 stars which tells me how great of a product it is and that you should buy it. Also, there is also shampoo and conditioner for Menâs Beard and Mustache growth that you can buy with this product since you know, it did not come with conditioner. This product is perfect for any type beard. I have been using these products for a few months now and I love them. The beard shampoo and conditioner , the beard blam and beard oil. It smells great and makes my beard look great. The brush is made of great quality bristles and a nice wooden handle! Love it!

Good presentation, poor implementation
For the first time since high school, I decided to let my facial hair growth. Since this is 2020 and not the 1990’s, beards are supposed to look good, so I realized I needed to start using beard care products if I wanted to have a healthy and good looking beard, and this is the first set I bought (I since have bought other products, so I have better perspective on what high quality product looks like) and it looked like a good set, with everything I was going to need. Let me start by saying that presentation wise, this is a good set. It’s a little expensive (although seems like current price is almost $10 cheaper than when I bought it), but it has “everything” you would need. It would make a good gift, although don’t expect the recipient to be impressed with the performance. Here’s my thoughts on each component of the set:
– eBook. I can’t really comment on this, since the link to download the eBook didn’t work, and couldn’t find an updated one. Probably you can find the same information anywhere on the web
– Wooden Comb: It looks good and seems like good quality. Unfortunately, it’s seems more like a hair comb and an beard one. Teeth are just to separated.
– Brush: one of the best things in the set. Really soft and works great.
– Shampoo and Conditioner: Adequate and smelled ok… not much different from hair shampoo and conditioner.
– Beard oil: I didn’t like it at all. Didn’t feel like it really soften the beard and it smelled a little rancid. Perhaps I got an old batch, but rancid oil is the last thing I want to have so close to my nose.
– Beard “balm”: I was the most puzzled about this “balm”. The consistency was similar to hardened shoe polish. Very difficult to lift from the can and apply, and didn’t feel like it did anything on my beard. Again, perhaps I got an old batch, but I found this the least useful.
So overall, it had a good presentation, and it’s in theory a pretty complete set. In reality, execution was very poor, which make the product almost useless.

Lâunica pecca sta nel pettinino a mio parere, che è indispensabile in un kit ma in questo non è adatto per tutti i tipi di pelle( câè da dire però che le setole sono dure perchè fatte con prodotti naturali).
In conclusione se volete usare prodotti naturali sulla pelle questo kit è sicuramente uno dei migliori a questo prezzo.

I have been making my own beard oils for a while now so I didn’t really need that. But I needed some more balm, I could do with a new beard brush and a little pair of beard scissors could always come in handy so at the price, I decided that this was a cracking little buy and took a punt on it.
The comb is nice enough, it’s very lightweight I have a similar one made of cedar wood which is probably 3 times as heavy. If I had to guess, I would say it was made of pine or something similar and will be great for taking on holiday to keep the old luggage weight down.
The brush is bigger than I was expecting but that’s a good thing. The bristles are firm enough to do a lovely job on my beard but soft enough not to scratch the skin (a tough combination to achieve).
The scissors are small, metal and sharp, they cut the hair and don’t pull when they’re doing it. Not a lot more I can say about them.
Now the important stuff.
The balm. It comes with a little warning saying that bubbles could form from gases in the wax etc, it looked like it had been poured that morning, it was perfect. Also, it’s a little softer than the ones I’ve used recently, some of those have been the texture of a block of yellow lego and you need to rub them in your hands with the kind of vigour last seen by Mr Miyagi at the end of The Karate Kid. This, however, is softer, I suspect they use a higher ratio of shea butter to wax than the others. It’s nice, I like it. It also has a slightly citric fragrance. It’s supposed to be orange but my nose picks up more of a lemony or perhaps grapefruit notes. Either way, it’s a good clean smell.
The oil. First of all, this is a very light oil. It gives a nice finish and is great on the skin. If you have a beard that goes all over the place this won’t be heavy enough calm that frizz, saying that, if you use it alongside the balm you’ll be fine. The oil is almost scentless. That’s not a bad thing as it doesn’t then clash with anything else you may be using, it also means that by having very little in the way of essential oils it won’t bother people with sensitive skin.
Overall this is a great little set that depending on the type of beard you have and how often you use it will keep you going for a long old time. Good quality and great value for money.
